Red Rocks Community College

The only community college to offer 1 Masters Degree and 2 Bachelors Degrees. RRCC was one of eight community college and university teams that saw their years’ worth of effort take flight into space with the launch of Terrier-Improved Malemute sounding rocket from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia on Aug. 19, 2021. This project developed by community college students provides the public with the opportunity to see the Earth from the perspective of a small rocket in flight.
